About the event
Awaken your senses with meditation and sound, and embrace the renewal of spring in a truly tranquil space.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation that leads into a deeply immersive sound bath featuring the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, and more. These healing vibrations are designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and realign your energy.
Each guest will receive a special gift featuring carefully selected crystals to support their personal healing journey.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else that feels meaningful to you—such as crystals, totems, or a journal—to create a personal ceremonial space. Take a moment beforehand to reflect on your intention for the sound bath: What do you wish to release? What do you long to manifest?
