Abundant Balance offers Kids Reiki sessions for children ages 7–14 either at our studio or in the comfort of your home (within a 20-mile radius of Thousand Oaks, California). 3-Session Packages are available.

The peaceful practice of Reiki can help children navigate complex mental and emotional pressures by promoting relaxation and self-esteem. Reiki treatments can be helpful for children experiencing irritability, hyperactivity, inattentiveness, emotional issues, anxieties and difficulty sleeping.
Energy healing can promote mindfulness, create balance and help children learn to self-regulate and make better choices throughout their lives
