Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24-hour notice. Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice are non-refundable. Missed appointments without notice (no call, no show) are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Prepaid sessions are subject to these terms. Missed appointments without prior notice or cancellation will result in the session being considered redeemed.

Late Arrival Policy

Sessions will begin and end at the prearranged time. If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled time, and any lost time will not be refunded. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the session being canceled and treated as a missed appointment.

Emergency Policy

In the event of an emergency that requires the cancellation of your session, I will notify you as soon as possible. A rescheduled session will be offered whenever feasible.

Age Policy

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their session. Written consent from a parent or guardian is required for all minors.

Payment & Privacy Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are processed securely through Square, and your personal and financial information is handled in accordance with Square's Privacy Policy.
