Cancellation Policy

Please review and agree to the following policies before booking your group sound bath: Minimum & Maximum Attendance: Group sound baths are designed for 6–10 participants. Please confirm your final headcount at least 48 hours in advance. Location Requirements: The host is responsible for providing a clean, quiet space large enough for participants to lie down comfortably. Outdoor spaces must be protected from direct sun, wind, and loud environmental noise. If the weather becomes an issue for outdoor setups, the host must provide an indoor backup option or reschedule. Setup & Start Time: Please allow 30–45 minutes before start time for setup. Sound baths begin promptly at the agreed time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started, to preserve the meditative environment. Refunds: Group sound baths are non-refundable once booked. If unforeseen circumstances arise, the session can be rescheduled one time within 30 days. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled once without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Respectful Environment: All participants agree to maintain a respectful, quiet, and substance-free space during the session. Phones must be silenced and put away. Age Policy: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their session. Written consent from a parent or guardian is required for all minors. Payment & Privacy Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are processed securely through Square, and your personal and financial information is handled in accordance with Square's Privacy Policy.
