​By booking an individual session or participating in a Group Sound Bath, individuals become clients of Abundant Balance Reiki Energy and Sound Healing and agree to the following:

• Clients acknowledge that Sound Healing is a therapeutic practice involving sound vibrations and frequencies designed to promote relaxation and well-being. Participation may involve emotional or physical responses, such as emotional release, dizziness, or relaxation effects, which clients accept as inherent to the experience.
   

• Clients are responsible for consulting with a physician or healthcare provider before participating in Sound Healing sessions if there are any concerns regarding health or medical conditions. Participation confirms that there are no physical, medical, or psychological conditions that would prevent safe involvement.
   

• It is always our recommendation to seek out the advice of a licensed health care professional whenever clients feel it is necessary in regards to their own personal health, especially with serious conditions. Clients need to consult with their physician and get approval to attend healing sessions if they have metal in their bodies, suffered concussions, have a pacemaker, use an insulin pump, and the like. If in doubt, consult your physician before our time together.  
   

• By participating, clients voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may arise during or as a result of the session.
   

• Clients release Abundant Balance Reiki Energy and Sound Healing, including its practitioners, employees, agents, and representatives, from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in Sound Healing sessions or related activities.
   

• Clients acknowledge that Abundant Balance Reiki Energy and Sound Healing is not liable for conditions, actions, or circumstances related to the premises where sessions are conducted.

Booking a session constitutes agreement to the terms outlined in the Service Policies & Disclaimers. This waiver serves as a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent permitted by law in the State of California.
